The focus of this website is primarily to attract and communicate the value of working at Pivot to a range of targeted job-seekers.

However, this website does not function as a mechanism to intake, store, or distribute applicant information in any way, including resumes or form-submitted emails from users. Instead, for the purposes of job application, we rely upon a third party – Avanti Software – to handle this for us.

We do this because Avanti is a leader in their industry, and ensures Pivot and its job applicants the highest standard in the secure and confidential transmission of documents containing personal data that the human resources industry has to offer.
